Turning Intangible Assets into
Tangible Business Success
Many organizations are filled with and surrounded by great ideas, talent, technology and opportunity. EnTranRight can help you turn these unrecognized intangible assets into business success, from patents and licensing agreements to leveraged rights and profitable partnerships. We're the bridge between your organization's goals, ideas and creations, and the outside world of possibilities.
EnTranRight takes a whole-organization approach to intangible asset management, rather than a purely legal, financial, technology or employee-driven approach. Our recommendations are based on an organization's overall strategic objectives and functions.
EnTranRight works with organizations of all types and sizes in commercial, government, education and corporate fields. We can work within your existing intangible asset management program, complement it or offer a third-party perspective.
25 Years of Intangible Asset Management Expertise
Michelle Girts, president of EnTranRight LLC, has been building successful business around technology and talent for more than a quarter of a century. At CH2M HILL, Ms. Girts commercialized engineered wetlands as an innovative, low-cost treatment technology. She helped establish the basis for leveraging environmental rights, such as permit rights and credits, in the Pacific Northwest.
As vice president and area manager for the 250-employee Portland office of CH2M HILL, Ms. Girts provided leadership for a wide range of engineering, science and planning projects in Oregon and southwest Washington. These included projects in transportation and water infrastructure, high-tech industrial design, environmental remediation, energy, telecommunications and enterprise management systems.
In 2001, Ms. Girts took charge of CH2M HILL's intellectual asset management and leverage initiative. Under her leadership, the firm realized a more than 10-fold increase in patents and generated numerous beneficial development, partnership and licensing alliances, which is unique in the professional service industry sector.
Today, as president of EnTranRight, Ms. Girts is using her considerable skills and experience in intangible asset management to create success for organizations of all types and sizes across a wide range of industries.
Ms. Girts partners with numerous business organizations in Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, she is a member of the Oregon Innovation Council Advisory Board and Oregon International Trade Commission, as well as past chair of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry Council. She is currently serving as vice chair of the Licensing Executives Society's newly organized Oregon/SW Washington chapter.
Make the most of your organization's intangible assets.
